I feel the manager (Heather) on duty during the evening hours was loud and rude from the time I walked in the door. I communicated I needed to place my order online since I was going to use an app promotion. She said we don’t accept coupons multiple times. I feel she wanted to argue about the online order I placed indicating it would mess up their inventory if I wanted any extra vegetable(s) that wasn’t on the ticket. She repeatedly said that her employee was going to make the order as it was on the ticket. Definitely poor customer service skills and interpersonal skills. She said she was the manager. I’m not sure what management class she attended but wow. I feel she was hateful, rude and does NOT know how to interact with ppl. I feel her attitude needs to be addressed and corrected. I will never return to this location!

Came into the store and Ray was amazing! She was hilarious and made the best sub I've had from this location. The store was clean and I have not had customer service that good in a long time.

I love Subway they have really good options and a lot of veggies meats and cheeses you can put on your sandwiches. They did get my order wrong tonight but I'm sure they'll make it right
