  We just picked up about 20 very old family photos we had copied. I am more than impressed with the quality. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fed Ex again and would also not hesitate to recommend them.

  I mailed a package in February through USPS, only to have it returned to me on August 8th marked 'Return to Sender.' I brought it here, and they got it delivered in just two days around 8:40 AM! I’ll definitely be taking my business here from now on.

  After a missed delivery, I called FedEx to schedule a delivery after 4:30PM. They agree and set it up. Next day they try to deliver in the early afternoon again! Now they tell me it’s being held, so I come to this location tonight to pick up my package with my door tags. They told me my package was not there, that it was FedEx ground and as that was separate, I would have to go to that location. I do, and while I’m waiting there, they tell me that my package is at this store. I asked them to call and confirm, as I had just left there. They did and said it was there. Go back and they say they it’s not there. I think there is a FedEx employee listening to my new Dynaudio speakers tonight. What a horrible company.

  I went into the location at 25 S 6th St, Columbia, MO 65201, and needed to do get a copy of a time sensitive document, and the guy working there said there is a $2-3min to make copies. He said it was store policy since 3 years ago. Well, I've been in-store within that time frame and never had any of the different employees or other management tell me that, and helped me. I also looked it up and this was not a store policy. As stated on the site, "There is no minimum order requirement for standard document printing or copies at FedEx Office. You can walk into a local store and print as little as a single page."
