  I call during Business hours no answer I show up during Business hours and the open sign is on but no answer door is locked.. I've been calling the business for days with no answer is this place still open

  We've been with Cricket for 6+ years and never had an issue. We bought a phone from this store a week ago, and tried to return it today as it crashes and didn't want to turn back on. My husband went in the first time with just the phone and AJ, the manager, said we needed the box. We found the box and went to return it again. I had also called AJ before my son went to return it last time that we had the phone, the box, and the card we used to pay. My son got there and they refused to return the phone, stating since it didn't have the charger we couldn't return and they would not return the phone after 7 days so couldn't return it on Monday after getting the charger. We live an hour away and made two trips to the store. My husband nor I were told we had to have the 3 inch charger for it. The store also doesn't sell the charger the phone came with so no option to buy one and eat the cost of the charger. I don't recommend at all.

  Walked into this store at 9:51AM. Soon as I walked in I was basically attacked, I seemed to be interrupting “social time”. Both workers looked up and said “we are not open yet” like two /three times. Me totally taken back because it’s only a 7 minutes grace and the door was OPEN AND UNLOCKED , so you willing to let $260 walk out of your store all because you want to sit spend the rest of that 7 min talking to your co worker , someone your going to be with for 6-8 hours is insane to me ! I drove over to the other location and was in the parking lot at 10:03. I’m not spending my money with this location
