  I stopped into my local store as I had some questions regarding my phone and account. I was able to get the help I needed quickly. Amanda went above and beyond. Her knowledge and great customer service exceeded my expectations. She is an asset to Cricket Wireless!

  Store says open at noon. Rep was staring at me and then went to the back room. Door was locked 12:15 lights off Door locked I can see the rep inside! This store is never open anymore or they are gone for breaks and the door is locked with a written sign

  Love this place, love the customer service and the phone service as well. Excellent place to go if you want to save money for you and your family's cell phone service. Plus they get amazing reception nearly all around Henry County and much more.

  I was lied to from the moment I walked in, then had take a phone I wasn't pleased with. Changing to T Mobile very quickly and would never consider Cricket again.
