I rolled into Advance Auto Parts needing a full case of 12 quarts of oil, and honestly, walking in stressed out from a heavy maintenance day. Matt completely turned the experience around from the second I walked through the door. He didn’t just ring up the sale and point to the aisle—he went above and beyond to make sure I had the exact weight and spec I needed, got all 12 quarts safely loaded up, and treated me with total respect and professionalism. His knowledge is top-tier, his attitude is relentlessly positive, and his dedication to making sure customers are taken care of is unmatched. It is rare these days to encounter someone who treats you like a valued regular even on a quick run. He completely made my day and delivered some of the most amazing, hassle-free customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. If you need parts or fluids and want to deal with someone who is sharp, honest, and genuinely cares about helping you out, go see Matt. Five stars aren't enough—give this guy a raise! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Needed some parts for a farm sprayer. Glad they stay open late…and knew exactly what would work! Great service from Matt and Howard! Thank you!

Mid roadtrip, a check engine light came on in our class c motorhome. I didn’t catch his name (had a mustache, was also training another employee), but he was very helpful. He was able to quickly run the code and tell us the minor issue, and let us know it’s not an urgent fix. So helpful and gives us peace of mind for the rest of our trip!
