  This is my favorite UPS store to do my Amazon returns. There is always quick service and welcoming atmosphere. Kyle clearly has a passion for the community and takes pride in his store.

  I’ve honestly never looked forward to going to a shipping store before, but this place is completely different. Kyle, his son, and everyone who works there are so kind, helpful, and efficient. They always help me with heavy packages, figure things out when I’m confused, and make the whole experience easy. Kyle has also completely transformed the store. It used to feel unpleasant and transactional, and now it feels clean, welcoming, and almost like an old-fashioned small-town post office where people actually know and care about you. He and his family are just delightful. I genuinely love going there.

  I recently had to have a series of documents and images printed out and everyone at the store was extremely helpful and friendly. This UPS location exemplifies what customer service should be.

  I have visited this location approximately 6-12 times over the last 9 months. There are two gentleman there, Evan & Jack, that have helped me numerous times. They are consistently friendly, professional and helpful. I have had to print things, fax things and email things. They both have the capacity to actively listen and perform on a a level that I don't readily experience in other similar environments. I will continue to come back, as they are two individuals whom seem to care about all their customers. Professional and empathetic. Keep up the outstanding work!
