I know the turn over in this place is high. Why? Because the same rude lady is there but the second worker is never the same. Today me, my husband and daughter went in for a lunch and the gentleman who started assisting us was new. Which is fine. I have all the patience in the world. Now let’s talk about the clearly angry all the time woman at the counter. My daughter asked for extra salami on her BMT. Did not ask to sub anything or leave anything off. When Miss angry saw the way the man was making her sub she became very rude towards him. In a very abusive way. Would not let up until I said “there is probably a nicer way for you to say all this to him in front of us” this is when she got silent and proceeded to slam everything she touched but was not rude to him again in front of us. Not sure if she’s an owner but do yourself a favor and get rid of her asap. She rude every time we come in but what she did to him was nuts. We will not return but I will be getting with everyone I can at subway to save other employees from her.
If you order a sub online during the week and mark it that you want it toasted, don't expect it to be toasted when you pick it up! The same guy 3 or 4 times in a row didn't toast my sub. I asked if he toasted it when i picked my sandwich up today, he asked if I asked for it to be toasted, which I did. He said it's toasted then. Aaaaand it wasn't. They just lie straight to your face.

We've been to this location before, and it's been fine, but the workers today must just be having a bad day...
Very poor customer service. Not returning to this place

The person that made my was had sweat dripping off his face on to my food and just my everyone’s order he made very unsanitary. This needs to addressed asap. Especially when you placing an online order.
