  Their marketing campaign took photos of the neighborhood from Google to use in the ad. It feels like they are stalking you. I’m creeped out and will never use this. I’m not sure how they got my info. This feels like a big scam. I definitely did not give it to them or okay this. Please stop immediately.

  They will send ad letters to your address 2+ hours away without a return address and (this time luckily) the incorrect photo of your address from Google Street View. This is insanely creepy claiming to save you money on your homeowners insurance to the point of including coverage for a full roof replacement. I’m beyond happy our insurance is not held with Allstate if this is how they allow various agencies under their name to operate.

  I called this Allstate agency and spoke with a representative named Danielle, who made the process unnecessarily difficult and refused to transfer a currently insured vehicle onto a separate policy. This kind of poor customer service is a great way to lose loyal clients. Do better.

  Horrible customer service and the prices get jacked up every other month. The only thing that's in good hands with them is my hard earned money
