Went here a few months ago and got promised a phone by a long hair guy who was apparently a manager, tried to upgrade my phone but now there making us pay an “upgrade fee” to getting a new phone even though we were told every 6 months we would get a free phone. Very unsatisfied, I’m starting to see how unprofessional the staff are here.

The two staff working were really helpful and knew what they were doing. I will start going to the Carthage store for all my mobile needs. Thank you Sharon and Shaylyn. (Hope I spelled that right)
