  I love the store I visit. Everyone is so kind. I go in often to drop off packages. The people are always working hard but will stop and smile taking the time to help me. And make sure I get my receipts

  We made an appointment to get Notary services at this UPS story this morning- received an email confirmation of our appointment at 3:39 am. Drove down from St Louis to take our 89 year old mother to get something notarized. Arrived at the UPS store at our designated appointment time only to be told there was not a notary there today. Horrible horrible horrible horrible service. I would leave zero stars if I could. Brandon Leffler you need to do a better job with your store

  We recently relocated from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Cape Girardeau, Missouri and are currently staying in a motel while searching for a permanent home. Because we do not yet have a physical address, we contacted the UPS Store at 2128 William St in Cape Girardeau regarding renting a mailbox and having packages shipped there. The employee we spoke with told us that would not be a problem and instructed us to come in Wednesday morning at 8:00 AM to complete the mailbox paperwork. We arrived as instructed and were then told the manager would be arriving shortly to handle everything. Unfortunately, “shortly” turned into nearly 10:30 AM with no manager ever showing up, forcing us to leave so we would not be late for work. Around 11:30 AM, the employee called and informed us that a UPS package had just been delivered for us. When we returned to pick it up, the manager still had not arrived, and despite the confusion and inconvenience, we were charged a $20 holding fee for the package. Overall, this experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional. We had already paid extra for overnight shipping, only to be hit with unexpected fees and wasted time due to poor management and communication. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be doing business with this location again.

  I visit this UPS Store often to scan and fax documents, to spiral bind booklets, to ship packages, and for notary services. The staff is always professional and courteous, providing me with fast and accurate services. Thank you for doing such an outstanding job!
