  For some reason, the app placed an order for me with this location. I had no recollection of ever placing an order with them so I called to cancel. However, the staff were no help at all. The guy who answered didn't provide any help and couldn't even connect me to a manager. I called the next day to try and get a refund and he still wouldn't help me or connect me to someone who could help. He also talked with the most unenthusiastic tone and instead of answering the call with a friendly "Hello" or "Thank you for calling Subway, how may I help you such and such" or something like that, it was just a quiet "subway". Been in contact with customer support but I still haven't seen any sort of compensation for the order I didn't place. I also never went to pick up my food since the location is a ways a way from where I live and I thought it would be easier to just call and cancel, but apparently not. Nobody here has given me any sort of help in this situation and I'm pissed about it. If this had happened where I work, the managers would strive to help compensate me for my misplaced order. Plus, they'd actually answer the phone with some enthusiasm and provide some actual customer service.

  Barely cut my sandwich in half and also Got toasted and was still cold also Didn’t wrap my sandwich correctly Left part of it hanging out of the wrapper very poor Service.

  I came in today and was helped by miss Vickie. She was so nice and polite. The sandwich she made me was excellent and I just wanted to give her a shout-out and tell her what a great job she's doing.

  Went in and got 2 footlong sandwiches that are supposed to be HOT the worker making the food was rude and acted like she hated her job. The sandwhiches were supposed to be toasted and we get home and the meat is cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted!!!!!!!!!!!! I was told to put it in the microwave when I called and hung up on!!!!!! How hard is it to do your job correctly. It was gross!!!!
