  Jason was so helpful and friendly. Soon as I walked in the door he greeted one of his regulars and gave me, a non-regular, a very humorous and jovial greeting. He helped us out simultaneously without skipping a beat. When you can get in and out in less than a literal minute but also feel like you interacted with a familiar, friendly staff, that is just top-notch service. Jason is an asset to the company and that kind of customer service is a breath of fresh air!!

  I placed an order for invitations and my ETA was 6:00pm. I arrived at the store and they weren’t done. The manager informed me he was down two employees for different reasons but he pulled my order and let me know he would have them down in 15 minutes. We left and came back 15 minutes later and they were ready sitting on the counter. I just appreciated him pulling the order and doing them asap. He was very kind, very professional and it was all around a great experience. Thank you again!!

  The worst customer service from the older gentleman that worked this afternoon. He was so rude and very condescending.
