  My sister and I asked an employee named Nathan at the Cape Girardeau Cricket store if he could help us fix the settings on our 90-year-old Father's phone. Our father was having trouble seeing due to low brightness and he had a hard time hearing people. Dad can only stay in contact with his out of town children and grandchildren via the phone. Nathan was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He has improved the quality of our father's life and reduced the stress we were feeling of how to help him. Thank you, Nathan!

  They all need a raise went in to get a new phone and didn’t have enough they didn’t shame me like T-mobile they said it was all good come back when I have enough they’ll have it in stock then the other guy I believe Alex said they are most the time open and come back in their store hours and if somebody glared at me he’d give them the stink eye 🤣 #cricketnation we need to expand the #cricketnationsmiles

  We recently decided to switch phone carriers. Cricket was recommended so we decided to stop at the Cape Girardeau location. We were greeted by David who gave us information about plans that might meet our needs. Absolutely no pressure, just the details of the available plans. We saved $100 a month and were able to update our iPhones. There was a glitch in the system when we were trying to finalize our plan which caused an extended delay. However, it was handled professionally and was resolved as quickly as possible. Shout out to David and Alex for great customer service! If you are considering switching phone carriers, we highly recommend you stop in and speak to the Cricket team at this store.
