  I have ordered the same exact thing for years never came with mayo. Idk who decided an Italian sandwich needs mayo but it ruined the food. All the sandwiches ordered had mayo and we didn’t want it and didn’t see it when we ordered it. It was gross and disappointing and they added stuff we didn’t want in our sandwiches.

  Went to the Subway in Butler Mo on Tuesday 9/13 . I hadn't been there for a long time. Wasn't too sure about their new practice of making my sub their way. I prefer my subs made my way. I got a sub called the Mexicali. I was allowed to make a couple of changes. I swapped lettuce for spinach and added green peppers and extra onions. I have to say my sub was quite good. I would not be able to say that had I not been able to make the changes I made. I still prefer the way subway used to work but worked out well for my first time back in over a year. The new menu makes you feel pretty restricted in choices though. What I would have normally gotten there wasn't even an option for that I saw. All that said i probably will go back again just not as often as i used to. Bot because of the food but because of the new business model

  Lousy service. So bad I called the manager. Took 15 minutes for kid to make one sandwich.

  Stopped in here for lunch on my way home from K.C. The staff was friendly and helpful and the sandwich was good.

  3 people there didnt look like they liked their jobs. Bread was frpm the previous day.
