  I was in Subway this evening 7/20/26 in Butler, Mo. the older lady was patient and seemed to be the only one waiting on customers and making the salads/subs. She could have used some help especially when someone has multiple items, and others started getting in line, plus online orders. Kudos to her though for working to satisfy us customers! She needs a raise!! Delicious salads I got 😊

  Regularly closes before they're supposed to. Came to get a sandwich at 8:30 and the doors were already locked.

  I have ordered the same exact thing for years never came with mayo. Idk who decided an Italian sandwich needs mayo but it ruined the food. All the sandwiches ordered had mayo and we didn’t want it and didn’t see it when we ordered it. It was gross and disappointing and they added stuff we didn’t want in our sandwiches.
