Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review due to the treatment I received at this Subway location. I asked for the employee’s name after the interaction, and her response was, “I ain’t gotta tell you nothing,” which pretty much sums up the level of professionalism I experienced. She also was not wearing a name tag, which I later found out is against corporate policy, along with several other policies she violated during my visit alone.
The fact that she refused to provide her name says a lot and made it seem like she knew her behavior and treatment toward customers were completely out of line. I’ve heard multiple people say they avoid this particular Subway because of poor customer service and sloppy or skimpy sandwich preparation. Until now, I hadn’t personally experienced those issues myself, but this employee completely changed my opinion of this location.
Customers should not be spoken to disrespectfully for simply asking a question. Management seriously needs to address the professionalism and customer service standards at this store. This was not a teenager having a bad day — this was a middle-aged employee who should absolutely know how to speak to customers appropriately.

Went to order a sub. Was very fortunate to have people in front of me. Their sub looked like something from a Very cheap vending machine.
