  I have had it with FedEX. Every single delivery I have had in Kirksville Missouri, the lazy driver leaves outside the complex. I live alone on the 2nd floor and can not carry heavy packages upstairs. Today is the 4th time I have had to call someone to help me do what FedEX is being paid to do. They have equipment to carry packages upstairs I DO NOT!!! I have complained more than once, nothing changes I will do whatever I have to in order to avoid using FedEX EVER AGAIN! LAZY!!

  We had this problem once before. They look at the neighbor’s address and not ours, and mark it as the address doesn’t match. Some drivers do look and find us with no problems, then there’s some that don’t and assumes. I left additional instructions on where to find us easier and they don’t look at that. I guess I need to paint a giant arrow on our shed and see if they look at that. Now Amazon and UPS found us no problems. I’ll update the rating just as soon this reading one address and not the other is resolved.
