  Standing in line as we speak with the worker showing the customer in front of me 100 different photos on her phone. Nothing wrong with being friendly but how about being respectful to the other people in line or even acknowledging our existence?

  Always THE LONGEST wait for assistance here. They have a self service sack in area and place for supplies but never have a single supply available for a customer to grab and package and scan in.lnon their own. It's like they don't really want people to help themselves and shorten the damn line. Get it together FedEx employees - other locations don't seem to have this issue.
