  Great store to go to. Everybody is polite, helpful, and the answer all my questions and nobody has an attitude I like this store.

  I used to like this store & employees were although busy very thorough & friendly. Not my experience the last several times. Today, I was not even given so much as a hello. Both girls dark hair are so extremely rude. I needed a label printed and had sent it to the email that is on the counter. I waited and waited to be acknowledged nothing. There were 3 working. I finally asked if I could be helped as the one women was walking around the store seemingly doing nothing & had not acknowledged there were several customers. She said sure when I’m don’t doing what I’m doing????? I waited. She then took my package and I advised I sent my label and it’s under my name. Not a word from her and she walks away. Another girl comes to ask if I need help finally. She had taken a customer out of line and waited on him. I said absolutely I’m not sure what happened to the clerk helping me. Maybe she went to get the label she says. I said I have no idea, she has said nothing to me. So she looks in the hallway area and here she comes with the label for my package. Tells me $2. In hand her cash on the counter. Still just complete rudeness. Says nothing. Takes the money pushes me my receipt. Not a thank you nothing. UPS store get new employees. The ones you have are terrible. This used to be a very quality fan operation. Will start looking for other shipping stores.

  This location should really take a look at their employees. Reviews are terrible and apparently your employees are abusive to customers. Shut your store or get better help!
