  My experiences at this UPS in Branson, MO have always been very courteous & pleasant. This morning, however, the customer service rep who I dealt with had a stinking & rude attitude. Seems he was angry because he had to come from out of the back of the business & did not care much for dealing with the customers standing in line. He was the bald guy. Terrible attitude!!! The man who was working next to him who had a limp was very kind & courteous to the customers. That other guy needs to find a job without customer relations of any kind.

  I had a frustrating pickup experience at this location involving an Amazon package marked as delivered and ready for pickup. I arrived with valid proof of delivery, tracking information, and a government-issued military ID. Despite this, I was initially told my ID was not acceptable under store policy and was refused my package. The process required additional explanation and back-and-forth before the package was eventually released. While I ultimately received my package, the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and inconsistent with standard package pickup verification practices. Clearer guidance on acceptable forms of identification and better staff training would help prevent situations like this in the future.

  Very good service, helpful and friendly employees. It is well staffed and very busy. Great UPS Store, it is run very well.
