  The subway at Branson Hills Parkway is not changing gloves at all..this could pose allergic problems as well as cross contamination isn't good period..

  Horrible experience. Employee working at 7:45 pm on 8/4/26 used racial slurs on customers, actually calling a customer the "N" word and saying he was tired of "you people" and spics. This is not acceptable in Branson, MO or any respectable establishment. This employee should be terminated immediately and should never work in the service industry.

  I work in a restaurant so I have seen employees who just don't care about their jobs 1st hand. I came in tonight around 6-6:30. It's rare to see someone as bad as Michele. There was about 5 ppl ahead of us. It took about 30 minutes. After about 20 min, we were finally up next and I hear the printer start printing and she just starts making an online order. She would put a piece of meat and gaze in to the store. Another piece, gaze. Over and over and over. She spent more time gazing in to the walmart store than making the subs. It was weird and took her like 8 minutes to make 2 subs. She also had an ear bud in. Everyone behind us at this point had been there for 10+ minutes and we all just stood around talking about it and watching her. She didn't even look up at us. She was in her own world going life 10x slower than a normal human. Wow... just wow. There was a teenage boy there too. He was trying. But together the 2 running that store is just crazy. 2 employees, 5 customers in line ahead of us who all ordered 1-2 subs, and it took them 30 minutes. Never again! Be better subway. And maybe drug test employees.
