No no no they are the worst. The “manager” told me my phone was workable. Charged me $78. Then it did NOT work. Never gave me my money back. Hope this company burns.

Le doy cero estrellas al sujeto que atiende en esa tienda. Es muy grosero y prepotente, no te escucha, solo quiere tener el la razón en lo que dice y yo solo quería un nuevo telefono y conservar mi número. Quería que a fuerza comprara el que el me decía y como yo quería uno distinto entonces me dijo que no me iba a ayudar y que mejor lo hiciera yo en mi casa y que para eso está el numero de servicio a clientes para no ir a molestarlo en el local. Que sujeto tan pésimo
Phone service has been none for over a week and they throttle the service down BAD at the end of the billing cycle. I pay for UNLIMITED. Look up the definition cricket.i havent been able to make a call in a week. Not even to 611. Beyond unsatisfied. I have lost money over this at work. Time for a serious discount this month or fix my issue now or I move company's tomorrow.

6 months ago, I would have gave it 4 stars, a year ago 5 stars, but some recent increase of fees and the absence of customer loyalty rewards has me very dissapointed.
