  This review is about poor customer service at this store and about price gouging loyal customers. It was the 65 dollars for services I definitely did not receive to my satisfaction that lead me to warn others about this store. Prices are horrible, but they don't control that. Attitudes are worse and they are in charge of that plus they charge money for you to endure it. Matthew left us without service and we had to drive to harrison to get issue he created resolved. If you want to save the abuse and money go to wal mart...Half the price for same phone plus it's 20 bucks for 2 year warranty. Manager of the store was great at defending her employee. Kudos for that. Problem is he was not giving the "customer service " I was charged for. Strange, when I went to harrison store I was greeted and given great customer service at no charge. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK OF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF 65 dollars well stolen cricket! Good job

  Mandy was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the stress away and was able to get all of my information transferred over to new phone.

  No no no they are the worst. The “manager” told me my phone was workable. Charged me $78. Then it did NOT work. Never gave me my money back. Hope this company burns.

  Le doy cero estrellas al sujeto que atiende en esa tienda. Es muy grosero y prepotente, no te escucha, solo quiere tener el la razón en lo que dice y yo solo quería un nuevo telefono y conservar mi número. Quería que a fuerza comprara el que el me decía y como yo quería uno distinto entonces me dijo que no me iba a ayudar y que mejor lo hiciera yo en mi casa y que para eso está el numero de servicio a clientes para no ir a molestarlo en el local. Que sujeto tan pésimo
