  Excellent value. Very nice property, a bit dated and the carpets can use replace however the rest of the property is in excellent condition. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Rooms were comfortable (we had 2), the breakfast might be the best I’ve had in a hotel of this level. Area is very quiet and feels very safe.price was outstanding. $96 a night for each 2 queen room

  We come to Branson several times and always stay at Best Western Music Capital Inn. We were so disappointed with this trip. Starting off with our air conditioner in room 400. It leaked from over use and the carpet stayed wet and spread to the bed. They did give us a floor fan, but after a few days it became smelly. We love the huge bathtub in that room and is the reason we stay there so we did not switch rooms. Then in room 402 the fridge did not work and had to be replaced. And finally room 404, my elderly mother in law was getting into the shower and the stability bar in the shower broke off and caused her to fall. They came to repair it and hot glued it back in the tub. She showered again the next night and went to reach and the hot glue ripped and the bar came out but luckily she was able to stop herself from falling this time. Not to mention the mold issue in the bathroom. When she went downstairs they were very dismissive and told her that was a rag bar not something to hold on to. The manager Keith acted like he could not be bothered, but said he would do some compensation and when we left there was no compensation and no remorse from the very condensending employee named Andrew. We asked for the owners or corporate information and was told it was at the bottom of the receipt and they were owned by Best Western. We will not be back, and its very sad. We have always loved staying there. So that this doesnt happen to anyone else we have also reached out to the Fire Marshall and the Branson Building Code enforcement.

  The photos that I saw on the site I booked on did not look like the room I had just seemed a little dated. The room was a little dirty mostly dust and the baseboards were not great looking and there was food on the ground when I came for check in. But it was a very nice stay.

  Great staff. Good food. Extra steps to be clean and please customers. Wonderful experience. Will stay again
