I'm not quite sure why it takes over 20 minutes to make a single sandwich. This is the slowest subway I've ever had the displeasure of going to, and not on just one lone occasion.

Walked into this Subway location today and was the only customer in the lobby. Instead of simply taking my order, the employee immediately started explaining multiple times how there were four online orders and that it would be “a long time” before they could help me. I told her that was completely fine and that I could wait, but she repeated herself again in a way that made it feel like they just didn’t want to serve me.
Another woman then came out and the overall interaction was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I’ve been to this location multiple times before, but the customer service has continued to go downhill. Definitely won’t be returning.

Went in for tuna sub . Lost appetite and left without ordering after looking and food prep area along with a few ot g er quick observations I don't think I would try this store again. Are people required to carry food handlers permits anymore?

This is one of the most rude staff I’ve ever seen.
It is puzzling how these people got hired, unbelievable.

Worst location I’ve been too. So far the three people who have made the meatball sub have screwed it up every time. Today the girl put so much butter it was seeping out of the package. She rushed and didn’t toast it so the cheese was still cold and the meatballs you could tell have not been warmed up. Taste like mushy butter with cold cheese and cold meatballs. The previous time they barely put any cheese but WAYYYY to much butter so it was like a buttery meatball sandwich!!
