    The older lady that makes the sandwiches, "Stella" never changes her gloves or washes her hands, she will shove her entire gloved hand into the trash to compact it down and then turn around with the same gloves and ask what you want on your sandwich. Disgusting!!!! This isnt the first time I've seen it and im just going to start walking out if I see her in there

    I made a pickup order for 2 subway clubs. I requested extra banana peppers. I showed up as they were making the sandwiches. I saw he did not put extra so I walked up and said hey can I get extra banana peppers? I thought I had requested that to which he said “this is extra banana peppers” so why does half my sandwich have none at all? And the other half has 8 total. For one I thought the veggies were free so why would he not be able to add more and for two even if it was an up charge which he didn’t even offer, I would have paid for it. This is ridiculous.

    Very good customer service, everything looks clean. I been in this location a couple times, because i have other sundways closer to my house, but this location is the best so it worth the drive.

    The kiosk in the drive through was messed up i ordered a sandwich but they gave me a wrap but when i went in to let them know the just looked at me like i was stupid and did not help me at all. Spent 20 dollars on a wrap which was not what i ordered yet it was my fault…. Horrible services
