  I called shopping for insurance and I got Amber. We have a lot of insurance need so there were a lot of details. Amber was amazing super knowledgeable, friendly definitely an expert in her field. She made the transition to Allstate very seamless. Strongly recommend giving her a call. She’ll answer all your questions.

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Matt Connatser! I originally left his office back in 2020 because I found a cheaper insurance rate elsewhere. Fast forward to this month, and Matt reached out to me to let me know that his office was offering very competitive rates and offered to review my current policy. I sent him all of my information, and I honestly did not expect the results I received. He was able to save me a substantial amount of money while providing me with the same coverage I currently had through my existing insurance agent. What impressed me most was that he took the initiative to reach out, review my situation, and find a better option for me. There was no pressure, just excellent customer service, transparency, and a genuine effort to help me save money while making sure I had the coverage I needed. I truly appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Sometimes it really does pay to have an agent who cares enough to check in with you! I highly recommend Matt and his office to anyone looking for an insurance agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and committed to finding the best value for his clients.   Amber Welsh went above and beyond for my wife and I to find us the best deal on not only our homeowners insurance but for our cars as well I highly recommend her. She does a great job and communicates very well and is super transparent.

  I had a great experience working with Amber! She was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole insurance process easy and stress free. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got the coverage that was right for me. I really appreciate her communication and how quickly she helped with everything. I would definitely recommend Amber to anyone looking for a great insurance agent!

  If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! Very disappointing experience. On the day we were supposed to close on our home, we needed help with an insurance issue and received little to no effort from this agent (Matt). Instead of actually trying to find a solution, make calls, or help move things forward, all we got from him was an email with, “My apologies for the trouble.” Apologies do not fix problems, especially on closing day when time matters and people are depending on you to do your job. There was no sense of urgency, no problem-solving, and no feeling that helping us was a priority. What made the situation even more frustrating was that another insurance agent from the same insurance company stepped in, took ownership of the problem, helped us complete our closing, and even found us a better deal on our auto insurance. That showed us very clearly what good customer service should look like. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agent. When clients are dealing with something as important and stressful as buying a home, they deserve someone who will actually advocate for them and make an effort, not just apologize from the sidelines.
