I recently received excellent customer service from Nathan a store manager at the Blue Springs location. As a business owner myself I think Cricket has an excellent employee they should hold on to.

FOR SURE THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A CELL SERVICE STORE. Draco, was SUPER helpful and help us resolve our issue quick. GREAT Employee!!! We came in with a bunch of issues and left being able to sleep in peace tonight thanks to his awesome help. Please give him a raise or something. I will DEFINETLY be returning to this location, which left me astonished and by far has the best service ever! I wish I could rate it 10 stars!!!
