  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had consistently excellent experiences at this Advance Auto Parts location, and a huge part of that is because of the exceptional customer service from the manager, Patrick. Patrick has gone above and beyond every time we’ve needed help, whether that meant personally helping us locate the right item in the store, tracking down a hard-to-find part, or arranging to have something shipped directly to the store for us. What has impressed me most is the range of vehicles he has been able to help us with. We’ve come in needing parts and supplies for everything from a standard American-made SUV to a highly sophisticated foreign electric sports car, and Patrick has always taken the time to research what we need and help us find the right solution. He is knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and genuinely committed to taking care of his customers. Instead of simply saying, “We don’t have it,” he makes an effort to figure out how to get it. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and Patrick is a tremendous asset to this store and to Advance Auto Parts. This location has absolutely earned our business and a five-star review. Highly recommend!

  Great service here. Ryan, Patrick, and Ignacio all helped me find the right parts and were very friendly about it. Store was unbelievably hot though. It’s hotter in the store than it was outside. Other than that my experience was great.

  Thanks for the help Patrick, had a miss fire on the Silverado I just bought , we put some ac delco plugs and boy she runs good now !!!!!! It was 4 times the gap !!!!
