**Pray your package doesn’t touch this facility.**
I paid for **two-day shipping**, and my package actually made it to the Berkeley FedEx facility on time. Instead of being delivered locally, it was then **misrouted across the country**, turning what should have been a routine expedited delivery into a complete operational failure.
Customer service has been **zero help**. I have now spoken with FedEx customer service on **four separate occasions**. On three of those calls, I was repeatedly assured that the package would be delivered yesterday, at different times throughout the day. It never happened.
For the past two days, I have also been repeatedly told that the **station chief at the Berkeley facility would contact me directly**. I was assured multiple times that I would receive that call. It still has not happened.
At this point, FedEx customer service **cannot even tell me where the package actually is or when it will be delivered**.
FedEx managed to move the package across the country and get it to the St. Louis area on schedule. Then this facility somehow managed to send it back across the country, and nobody at FedEx has been able to provide a meaningful explanation, an accurate delivery estimate, or the promised follow-up from the facility.
When customers pay a premium for overnight or two-day shipping, they should at minimum be able to expect competent sorting, accurate tracking, and basic accountability when something goes wrong.
**Pray your package doesn’t touch this facility.**
