Guy with red hair and beard is very rude and disrespectful. Complained that we came too late, and talked bad about us to other coworkers. Also burnt the food because he was being careless and complaining.

Stopped by the Subway in Benton and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients looked fresh, and the staff was friendly and efficient. My sandwich was made exactly the way I ordered it, and the employees were patient and professional even during a busy time. It’s nice to see a location that still takes pride in customer service and food quality. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this Subway to anyone looking for a quick, fresh meal in Benton.
We came in with a coupon and asked first if they honored it. She said yes. Ordered a Spicy Nacho Chicken footlong sandwich to share. They had no idea how to make it, but we worked thru it. However they had no cheese sauce (one of the ingredients ) so they looked in back and made some .. Then they had no creamy siracha (another ingredient ).We put the crunchies on top, another part of this sandwich, which were anything but crunchy! Chewy and soggy. To top it off she cut it in half, I guess, it was more like 7" and 5". Whatever. Then charged us full price. ( Sorry, the coupon does not work). Looked for napkins. None in the bag. None out anywhere. She peeled some of a roll in back and gave them to us. Then we sat at a dirty table and ate. I feel like they are in need of better help or management. Sorry, but was a really bad experience

AWFUL. Only leaving one star because I can’t leave zero.
It may have been the best experience of my life...
I’ve climbed mountains in Alaska and surfed barrel waves in Hawaii but what I experienced at this subway has been the peak of my life.
I walked into this subway just expecting to get normal service.. but I received much more.
I was instantly greeted with a smile by a blonde haired young man. He asked me what I would like in the most welcoming way.
The sandwich he crafted with the most elegant movements. Carefully writing the initials of my name with mayonnaise on the bread of the sandwich.
And finally at the end of the service experience, he placed the warm sand which in my hand and whispered, “Eat fresh..”
