  This UPS Store is AMAZING! Every single staff member is so friendly and helpful. I’m been coming here for over a year now and it’s always a pleasure. They treat and greet every single customer with respect and that’s rare these days. Very well ran store.

  This UPS Store has outstanding customer service. Everyone is professional, the store is clean and organized, and they always make the process easy. I've always had a positive experience.

  I was waited on by Mary at the Belton MO UPS store. Not only was she very helpful but I think she went above and beyond to help me get my paperwork sent out especially since there were unexpected issues because I was trying to send the paperwork to a government department.
