    I normally arrive here whenever I have nothing to eat. But today I arrived April 23, 2026 around 2:30pm. I arrive in, the employee saw me, waved…. And that’s it. He was in the back behind the wall and all I heard was a speaker from a phone. Not sure if he was doing something important but he didn’t said anything to me like “can you hang on for a sec.” I called out to him 3 times… nothing. So I left. I’m dissatisfied. I was hoping to save that sandwich for lunch today but I’m stuck with chips for the rest of the day.

    Very, very clean and modern Subway location. Worker could use a few lessons on customer service, but she wasn’t the worst. Probably nobody wants to be working on New Year’s Day, so I get it.

    They refuse to refund orders. I had an online delivery through subways app. It got delivered through a third party- not ordered. Nor did I ask for that. Half of the order is missing. It cost $20 to even deliver it. I choose that option because I physically cannot leave my house. Since my order was not placed with door dash I cannot get my money back. It was not placed with them. The only solution the store gave me was to drive up there and get the missing items. I ordered delivery through subways app for a reason. I hate to come across rude, but I am so tired of my money being taken advantage of. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this subway.
