  They do no honor any discounts given by SUBWAY but let’s you order to take your money then refunds you and then cancels your order. AWFUL!

  This subway does not accept any of their app coupons, which in my opinion is pretty ridiculous considering their prices are already higher than all of the other locations in the Saint Louis area. Why advertise the app when there are basically no benefits? It’s a waste of space on my phone. And the one time I did go place an order online, they completely messed it up, not adding half the things on the sandwich. Going in person doesn’t make that much of a difference, as the workers there will literally put a pinch of any vegetables or cheese that you ask for. I’m not kidding, the dude put only two slices of tomatoes on the sandwich! The quality of the food is just mediocre, especially considering the high price tag. The only saving grace for this store is the two ladies that I see working the morning/day shift; they actually put in the proper portions of the sandwich.
