I shipped a return to an auto company. Then I lost the tracking sheet. I called the fedex toll free number and they advised me to contact the location. So I went back to them, guess what? Very rudely and in a very robotic tone they refused to provide me any info on my shipment. I stop by there almist everyday to ship my company's parcels and they recognize me well, still they were rude and cold as *** whatever. I am never going back there ever.
