    Extremely rude manager threw a massive fit, screaming in the store with 3 other customers because she refused to properly prepare an order for doordash. When the doordash customer service called her to ask her to prep the order shes yelled at the woman on the phone and refused. A worker came out from the back and properly prepared the order. Extremely rude, low-quality customer service.

    I had heard from someone that this location wasn't very good, well they were right. Everything was over sauced and the fries were soggy and tasted old. This is a classic example of the commercial looking 100X better then the actual experience.

    Ordered 20 wings, 14 cajun, 6 Louisiana, and got it the other way around. I didnt have time to go back or call before work, so i took pictures and my family ate them. I showed up the next day showing pictures and explaining that i just wanted some cajun wings to fulfill the amount i wanted. I was told that since we ate the food instead of throwing it away, they cant replace my food at all. I really dont understand the difference between us eating it and throwing it away deciding if i get my order corrected when they cant reuse the wings either way. Never eating here again

    The lady at the front was rolling her eyes and staring off while we were figuring out what to order. She was very rude and short with us. The store was dirty including the seats and tables which was strange because we were the only two there.

    This place is terrible. I was dying from th spicy wings, I knew what I was eating so this is my fault. I needed a cup for water and they said “I don’t do water cups” says Jelisa the worker. She charged me 3 dollars for a cup of water, a necessity to live, and I needed water to subdue the pain from the spicy wings. Water should not cost money, and yes I got water I did not lie and get soda. Jelisa needs to fix it I know she’s a manager but you can’t be charging 3 dollars for a cup of water. I was not greeting with a smile but a rude greeting saying “whachu doing, placing or pickup”. I have came to the location weekly for the last 2 years and I am a regualr and they have never charged me for a simple cup of water. Do better, I will not be returning to this location again.
