I paid $134 to overnight 2 paper checks to be in Florida, Friday by noon. I was notified on Saturday that they wouldn't arrive until Monday. So I canceled and had them send the checks back. UPS couldn't tell me if the envelope would come back to their store or my work address. They also did not know if it would come back on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. The icing on the cake was when Sam the manager told me my refund was going to be missing a $27 fuel surcharge and a $12 area charge. The only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1, was because the 2 workers that took care of me at the store were very good at their jobs. UPS didn't deliver once again!!!

I walked in needing help with a return. Leah and Sam made sure to help me pick out the right box size and assisted with the packaging of the office chair I was sending back. They made sure I was taken care of with a smile and were knowledgeable about the prices and box sizes to make sure I didn’t over pay for too much box. It is the small things that make a customer experience GREAT! And that is why I want to give a shoutout to a couple of AWESOME staff members! Thank you, Leah and Sam! 😊👊
Riley is an absolute superstar, I brought in a very large bulk item and a couple of beat up boxes, and she was able to help me build a custom fit to ship this item back to the manufacturer, which was a nightmare. After all this, I went to pull up the label that was sent to me by the manufacturer and realized it was actually for FedEx, so I looked like a huge idiot. But I paid for the materials and they just laughed about it and said it was no problem, the staff is super friendly and professional, and Riley was exceptionally great to work with in a frustrating situation.
Hey, Ryan Robinson - Two stars for just doing your job and shipping my package. First of all there needs to be some sort of line system figured out in there. I don’t know what you guys expect people to do coming into the door when the line is literally almost out the door with others having large or huge packages. It’s quite confusing when you do go in with a large package to sit it on the table and wait your turn. None of the people that are to help the community even hardly look at the people or can even look at them and call them up by person instead of saying “I can help who’s next” without even sparing a smile or glance up. Alongside with chewing gum so loud I could hear the smacks from being at the table that’s in the center of the store. I did ask for the fastest shipping possible HOWEVER I firmly believe I got a smart answer from a teenager for air shipping, that was over $300. Why would someone offer air shipping for a package that can clearly be paid to be delivered by ground as well? Typically, in my experience of customer service when people are asking things like that they’re asking for the quickest most cost-effective option not a teenager being smart and saying oh you can do this for $300 or here’s all of our other reasonable options you were actually looking for…
You have disrespectful teenagers working there that need to learn to look at people and call them directly with certainty that they’re next in line and if they’re nervous to do that, you should probably install those cheap poles that have the fabric pieces to separate for a line if they are that intimidated to call people from a line… How to actually use customer service skills and not just act like they’re in their plopping an ice cream into a cone for a two year-old that doesn’t know any better.
I was in there Monday, right at lunch. Also to add the girl that was working that day she was moving fast, she was the only one giving eye contact and even trying to smile. Kudos for her all around she was the only one trying to carry positive energy for the entire store. The two guys could’ve been moving slower than a snail, couldn’t have been more un welcoming with their tones and facial expressions. You can literally tell that they don’t care about their job jobs. I can honestly say next time, I’ll gladly and happily be waiting for an adult, or just asking for an adult plainly - if I even come back to this location, thankfully, there’s more. Honestly, the only reason I’m writing this review is because of the $300 smart answer that I got along with the very poor poor customer service. The layout of the store in general when you walk in looks like there should be two lines, do something? You have three people it looks like that can cash out half. The people that come in are carrying heavy packages half of them are not and are doing returns or many other things. The store definitely needs way more organization upfront for the customers to be able to flow a lot better. In return, the service will also flow better and your workers will probably be happier. Although I’ve heard the owner is rude however through other reviews and also refusing to help the community as well, so I wouldn’t be surprised if nothing happens and the stores reviews continue to decline as a result of inability to reprimand and control the space.
