Joseph and Beverly were very kind and helpful. I had some probably dumb questions, but they never made me feel that way. Joseph transferred my data from my Samsung J2 Pure really old phone to an iPhone, and also helped me through activating my new Cricket home internet. It's faster than the Spectrum wireless internet I had until yesterday when I switched. And it's cheaper!

Joseph at the Arnold Cricket Store is phenomenal! Was able to help us set up our iPad Mini’s with cellular data and a new iPhone. Very helpful and trusted service.

The gentleman this evening was more help then customer service in app. He actually solved issue. Even if had to pay add on again. I got home hot spot wormed perfect! It's was frustrating adding something seeing charge then not getting to work. He handled it fast and effective!

If I could do a big fat zero star I would. Absolutely insane that you can't buy a cell phone without "the head of the account" even with the four digit pin and blah blah blah absolutely a waste of time and a loss of my business for sure. I will definitely be finding a new carrier
