  The gentleman this evening was more help then customer service in app. He actually solved issue. Even if had to pay add on again. I got home hot spot wormed perfect! It's was frustrating adding something seeing charge then not getting to work. He handled it fast and effective!

  If I could do a big fat zero star I would. Absolutely insane that you can't buy a cell phone without "the head of the account" even with the four digit pin and blah blah blah absolutely a waste of time and a loss of my business for sure. I will definitely be finding a new carrier

  I use to go into the High Ridge location just to see one particular employee named Brad. I heard he is at the Arnold location and will start coming to this location for my upgrades and technical questions because Brad actually takes the time to show you how to work my new phone and usually fixes my technical issues in matter of minutes.
