  If I could do a big fat zero star I would. Absolutely insane that you can't buy a cell phone without "the head of the account" even with the four digit pin and blah blah blah absolutely a waste of time and a loss of my business for sure. I will definitely be finding a new carrier

  Pete was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We came in looking to get phones added to our account for our company. Pete helped us find the right phones and phone plans to best suit us. While setting up the phones an older lady walked in that was having an issue with her notifications on her phone. He politely asked if he could assist her and was able to help the lady and take the time to explain to her what the issue was and how to correct it. Great location great service. Again I can't thank Pete enough for taking the time to work with us on Sunday 12/21/25.
