  My order took over a half hour to make my food. I put an order in from the app 25 minutes before I arrived at the restaurant. My app said the order was ready 5 minutes before I got to the restaurant. When I went in to get my food they hadn’t began making the order and were unaware there were even online orders until they found several tickets sitting at the printer and the employees quarreled among one another about it being each others fault they didn’t notice orders coming in. Then when I ate my sandwich it was not toasted like I had ordered and a cold cheese steak is so gross.
