was no line when I went there so the food came fast the employee Ella made my sandwhich fast and had a really nice tone of voice and the food was pretty good for the price

We got doordash from here. We ordered 4 items (2 white milk and 2 sandwiches). Only one was correct. They sent chocolate milk instead, and the second sandwich has the wrong cheese and wasn't toasted. The bread on both was very dry, and they were very tight with the toppings. Would not order here again unless I was in store and could correct them.

Am absolutely appalled at my most recent interaction. I come here all of the time at least once to twice a week and never have I ever been treated this way here before. I was the only person in the store, this old lady with glass is working. Would not identify herself after everything was said and done, I ordered a 6-in on flatbread BLT, normally they put the bacon and the cheese on the bread before they toast.... She put hers in the microwave and I asked her to put the bacon on the sandwich. Please. She told me if I don't like the way she serves it I can leave and I don't need to be served. I asked her what her deal was considering I come here all of the time and it's not outlandish to ask for my bacon on the bread before it's toasted. She continued to tell me. I don't know what I'm talking about and this is how we do it and if I don't like it I can leave. I called and reported her to the subway corporation. This is absolutely appalling, not to mention I am a black woman being told by a white woman what she is going to give me to eat and not what I ordered. Why she was being so dismissive when I'm a paying customer that has been here numerous times before.
I hope this is seen, I hope the owner of this franchise sees this because this is not who you want as your managerial people running your store for faithful patrons that come in with their families all the time and spend good money. Here! You are my choice to go for breakfast in the morning as opposed to McDonald's or any other fast food chain in the area, this interaction has forever tarnished my view of this location, they will definitely have to do some reaching outs for me to ever consider going back to this location. This is absolutely appalling and again, the lady that said she was the manager did not provide any managerial information would not provide her name. Would not provide a badge number. Would not provide any information because she knew she would get in trouble once I reported her for her conduct in the restaurant. The interaction was literally 5 minutes and she didn't even get to the portion of making my sandwich before telling me she wasn't going to make it because she wanted to make it the way she wanted to and not the way I asked her to.
Harley did a great job making a sandwich with all the fresh ingredients 😁

Rude worker, i asked for no ham, the lady put ham on it and then asked what did you not want on it, i said the ham so she just took it off and tossed it in the bucket, now it already touched the other meat so glad that I am not highly allergic to ham. Then she said do you want another one, i said no thanks and she tells me well you will still be hungry so you need another one i said nope im good but do people buy more? she said well yeah i have a marketing background and yes the plan is for people to buy more but i guess it didn’t work with you, if you don’t get anything else from us you will get something somewhere else. Then she just put my change down by the register and walked away. Nope i didn’t want another sandwich so it could be soggy for later I am a diabetic that just eats sporadically throughout the day to maintain blood sugar levels. Terrible service, i will definitely not be going back to this location or recommending it.
