  Won't order from here again if I'm starving. Plenty of other subways around. Ordered a meal for the arc raiders promo on the app, went to pick it up, asked for a mayo packet, and the lady was having a bad day or something, because man was she irritated. Got home, order still not marked completed, says ready for pickup. Go to customer service assistant, everything tells me the store has to mark the order complete. Call the store to ask if they can do so, and they act like I am asking for the biggest most impossible ask ever. Tell me it's not even possible from their end, don't know what I'm talking about, very rude. Alright, well, since you all lack simple capabilities, or even the most mundane level of customer service skills. Honestly, never experienced this poor of service at any business before.

  It’s honestly unbelievable. I used to work at this location, and it has always been my favorite Subway. But for the last two years, I’ve gone here at least five different times trying to get ONE thing: a meatball sub. And every single time, they’re out of meatballs. 😂 I’m literally headed to Hugo again for the fifth time just to get a meatball sub. It’s 7:30 PM, two hours after the dinner rush, and somehow they still can’t keep meatballs available. The kid behind the counter tells me, “We only have six meatballs. I can make you a different kind of sub.” 😂 No, I don’t want a different sub. I ONLY eat the meatball sub. I don’t eat anything else at Subway. If you know you’re consistently running out of one of your most basic menu items, how hard is it to have enough ready? It’s not exactly complicated to make meatballs and heat them up. I only eat Subway maybe twice a year, and somehow I’ve been unable to get a meatball sub from this location for over two years. At this point, it’s almost impressive. 😂 Get your stuff together, guys. I just want a meatball sub! 09/12/2026 7.35PM

  My wife ordered some sandwiches at the Subway in White Bear Lake, MN, and was treated very rudely. The employee (she didn't catch his name) kept calling her darling and sugar while doing the order. Then when he asked about toppings, she started to say, "my husband wants..." and then he interrupted her saying "I don't need to know it's your husband's sandwich, why are women always doing that?" Then, she made an error at checkout and he was very grumpy and rude while doing what he needed to do to fix it. We will be reporting this to corporate.

  Worker named Chris at this location was very rude. Raised his voice and didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. Should be fired for the way he treated everyone.
