  We had a 2 queen bed room and the floor above us was leaking water through the ceiling down the wall and behind the toilet. They knew it was happening and the desk clerk said they had to stop working because that room was reserved.

  Original room had a smoker odor. Front desk gave me new room with a HUGE upgrade.

  The Best Western Plus White Bear Country Inn in this tiny hamlet of White Bear Lake, MN, exceeded every expectation from start to finish! I recently stayed there for a long weekend in May for a wedding, and from the moment we walked into the front lobby with its brilliant ambience, we were welcomed with friendly smiles from Megan and her team and felt so comfortable! Every aspect was excellent - Housekeeping was outstanding thanks to FiFi and her team, Rudy's restaurant and Rooftop Bar provided excellent service and Michelin star food, and this wonderful hotel delivered on every level thanks to Bill and his entire staff! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming and high quality hotel experience! Cheers to this little slice of Heaven and the team behind it, and we will be back for sure!

  Called and was told there was vacancy. Made a reservation. Show up. Stand inside at the desk for FORTYFIVE minutes calling the phone the entire time. Somebody finally comes to the desk and says there's no vacancy. Unbelievable.

  Nice clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower and good internet. The food and drinks in the restaurant were outstanding. The whole staff were friendly and attentive.
