    I told them what I wanted but to substitute one meat. So they’re like oh so you want this club. No because i also want the bacon and it toasted. TOLS me I needed to pay extra to swap meat. Well she didn’t swap meat she added it. So did you really have to charge me or were you not listening? Also you tossed some other persons sandwich in the toaster with ours so it’s just three of them smashed together not cooking properly. Then you guys are screaming over each other instead of just staying in an orderly fashion. Some older lady and a girl with a black lip ring were working. Seriously unprofessional

    I’m over all tired of receiving the wrong things from here and lukewarm food because it’s made well before the pick up time. If I’m told it’s ready at or by a certain time I’m showing up and walking in at said time because it should be made and hot still not cool and hardly warm.

    Both girls working were disrespectful to me and every other customer that came in. Like they have a permanent attitude. Floors and tables were dirty. Food is like any other subway, just fine. But the workers made me not wanna come back to this location.

    I came 3 times and always the same 2 disrespectful girls. One is girl 1 and the other is girl 2. The first time I came in the white girl put her gloves on without interacting with me at all, not even asking if I was ready to order. The second time she treated me a little better but towards the end, she asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said no and she walked off. Keep in mind my sandwich was 12 dollars and I gave her a 20. I only got my cents back and I told the other young worker there that she didn’t give me my change and all she’s says is that the machine gave me my change? Like girl I have cents in my hand not the cash. Those two girls should face consequences for their attitude and should start being more polite. I’ve already reads many reviews about their service . Subways needs to do something now. I’m gladly able to talk more about this.

    Second time ordering deluxe meat on a sandwich and did not get it. Might even be the third time. Almost seems like they do it on purpose. Sadly im here alot and when I order inside everything is great! Maybe it's ownership who seems not to care
