  Friendly and professional, I was able to expedite my Amazon return quickly by using the kiosk or the service counter. Parking is plentiful.

  Went there to return some Amazon package and they wanted to charge me for tape to fix a box that was delivered by them in that condition and was never even opened. I understand they can supply tape for everyone or everything, but when the box was delivered damaged by them ans is being returned unopend they should step it up. All other UPS stores I have gone to have never had a problem with a few feet of tape. I understand they migjt not make much on Amazon returns but they do make money on them or they would not take them. Disappointing customer service.

  Convenience of location and holy moly I never wait here! Staff has always been super friendly and fast! CJ helped me today. He’s got great energy!

  I went in there about 20 minutes ago to open up a business po box. When i got up to the worker, i told them what i needed. They then told me the cant right now and to come back when they were not busy. The worker whop said that looked stressed, rushed, and not at all in a good mood. I know you may be busy but I dont think being rude is called for. I am NOT going back to this location EVER!
