    This UPS location will charge you a receiving/storage fee if you redirect your package here without a UPS Access Point status. Not all UPS stores do this, this store said pay or we will return the shipment to sender.

    I’m very impressed with the service at this UPS Store. The team was extremely helpful and patient while assisting me with my shipping needs. They explained the different options clearly and made sure my package was properly packed and labeled. The process was smooth and fast, and the staff maintained a positive and professional attitude throughout. It’s great to see such dedicated customer service. Highly recommend this location.

    I recently used this UPS Store location to ship a package and was given a quote based on measurements provided by a staff member at the store. I proceeded with the shipment assuming everything was accurate and on track for timely delivery. The next day, I received a call informing me that the package had been measured incorrectly, requiring a larger box and significantly higher shipping costs to maintain my original delivery date. While I recognize that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed that the additional expense—caused entirely by the store’s error—was passed directly onto me as the customer, with no accommodation offered. I discussed the situation with a store employee who called the owner, who ultimately decided not to provide any adjustment or goodwill gesture to resolve the issue. As a result, I will not be returning to this location or any other UPS Store under the same ownership. Customers rely on accurate initial assessments and fair handling of errors. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in both areas.
