Would give zero stars if possible. Workers are always rude and verbally insulting and screaming at each other or absolutely no where to be seen. Have gone multiple times and stood there and no one will come out. Tried to go today and they were out of essentials for sandwiches - no turkey, ham, lettuce or cheese?? At that point just close down. It’s always disgusting and dirty and they charge you a different price every time even if you get the same thing.

The manager on duties not polite. With your employee doesn't listen to your customers. You ain't going to have any customers. So you might want to think about your employees and how they treat your customers the last time I checked food industry with customer based.
Had the absolute worst experience today with this location and I never leave reviews. I work in the mall, everytime I go employees complain about working there, my mobile takes over 30 minutes or simply no one’s there and I’m waiting outside for ten minutes. Usually I say nothing. But today I was clearly on my lunch break; which you only get fifteen minutes. I did an accidental order for another subway that was also on Division st. Most places have customer service and will accommodate the order as it was already paid for. Instead I had to waste my entire break and go hungry calling the other store that yells at me they already made the food. Even though I was told to call and cancel the order with them. I will never be eating at either locations again. They also had zero customers by the way.

I was off my blue collar job it gets dirty my hands get stained but no matter how many times wash them it doest come off. That's the context. Anyways when I was there and sat down to eat my meal. When I noticed Black stuff in my half filled cup they gave me. (Didt even fill it full) I thought no big deal Ill just let them know. Boy that was a mistake because when I asked for a new one, I was accused of doing it myself. Again I wash my hands after work five times over the black stuff was in my cup before I even opened the lid. And I have to listen to how Its my fault and I put Black stuff floting in my drink when I didt. Yeah like Im sitting here fingering my drink when I eat, as if my soda was a finger food. Anyways I just threw away my meal I just paid $19 for. And got called a dirty lier after my shift at work, thanks. I never write reviews, I usually don't care but this made me mad enough. Terrible service.

We ordered online and our meals were messed up. There was missing meat in my sandwich, did not get my extra banana peppers and green peppers. My girlfriend was missing mustard and there were extra veggies she did not want in there too. It was not during the lunch rush, but I get it sometimes people make mistakes.
The part that upset me was I have been trying to call their restaurant.
First few calls kept ringing, then on the 4th call I heard someone pick up and then hung up. After that I was sent strait to a beeping tone.
Completely unprofessional, would never go to crossroads again.
They gave me a bad taste for subway
