Put in an online order thru the app, the app charged me & I drove all the way there just for the door to be locked/no one inside. I ordered over an hour after opening time. No sign on door indicating an emergency or anything.

When we were at Subway at 1301 2nd St. S in Waite Park, MN today, there was only 1 employee working. Apparently no one else showed up. This employee, Jordan, (#37) was amazing! He was handling online/pick up orders and customers in the store. He stayed calm, focused, polite and made us perfect sandwiches. I applaud you Jordan! You deserve 5☆'s and a raise! Management....you are seriously failing at your job!

It would be a 5 star, cause Jordan deserves it, but the app and lack of ability to reach the store brought it down. Jordan also did get it back up by offering to remake the sub for the issues. Jordan great!!! Dont use the app!!
