  Today, when I visited UPS to return an item to Amazon, I encountered a challenging situation. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my return code due to poor internet connectivity, which caused a bit of a delay. To be polite, I moved my shirt to the side to let others go ahead of me. However, I noticed that the employee working there seemed quite perturbed with my situation. Despite my apology and efforts to resolve the issue, her demeanor remained unfriendly, and she continued to be rude and glare at me. Additionally, I observed her addressing the other employee in an unprofessional manner. This experience left a negative impression, as I had expected a more understanding and courteous interaction.

  I routinely print work documents at this location, and the team is always incredibly helpful. They consistently provide quick turnaround times, assist with scaling documents to fit properly, and are simply a wonderful resource for my small business.
