  The UPS Store in Waconia consistently delivers the kind of customer service that's hard to find these days. They know me by name, remember the details that make each visit easier, and always greet me with a friendly attitude - even when I'm showing up with 20 boxes to ship at the busiest time of day. What stands out most is that they are willing to help even when the issue is with UPS itself and not something the store is responsible for. They take the time to answer questions, find solutions, and make sure I'm taken care of.

  I wanted to leave a quick thank you to the team at The UPS Store in Waconia. The staff here is always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful with anything I need — shipping, printing, or returns. Even though there are other UPS locations closer to me, I still prefer coming to this store because the customer service is consistently excellent. The team genuinely cares and always makes the experience smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate all the help over the years — thank you for serving the community so well!

  The amount of cologne in the air at this location is astounding. You can smell it from the parking lot. My wife could smell it on my breath when I got back home! I tried my best to breath as little as possible while waiting 15-20 minutes for my package to get shipped. When people walked in the front door, they all recoiled like they'd hit an invisible wall! I had an instant headache that lasted all night. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!!!

  Literally the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I was having one of the worst days ever trying to print a booklet. Spent over $200 going to various other places, and still no one could help. Took a chance just and called UPS Waconia expecting them to turn me down or I waste more money, but Hammad answered. The guy was an Absolutely LIFE SAVER!! So kind. Allowed me to send my files to him and he resized my file so that I could finally print my booklet. I know he didn’t have to do it and I know it’s not apart of his job description, but it’s the fact he went above and beyond prior to even knowing the hassle I went through, that makes the experience even better. Very kind and courageous. Absolutely COULD NOT go without leaving a review. It was my pleasure. He was really a blessing for me.
