  They have promotion online but not available at their store in Virginia, called and spoke to a female staff she said she has no idea how that works for the promotion or anything, management should teach and educate their staff. And promotion is also not available here. Very rude and nasty staff works here, dont change the gloves while preparing the sandwich. Not sanitize place. Should shut down. The female staff said there is only few promotion available now.

  I found it odd they wouldn't switch banana peppers for jalapenos. The guy was a hard no. But the gal/coworker offered to not put jalapenos on and give me banana peppers in a small cup. She was great! Just felt bad since this just adds to more plastic waste to the environment.

  The website states that Subway closes and 9pm. I pulled up at 8:53pm and the establishment was closed.

  Place an online order… and you’re still responsible for completing it once you get to the store… all of their sodas are out of flavor.. they’re out of the chips I ordered, the place is junk…

  I just had the worst customer service experience at the Subway in downtown Virginia. The employee yelled at and swore at me and my family for parking in the Subway parking lot. 🤷‍♀️ It was 11:55 on a Saturday morning and we were the only customers in the parking lot or in the store. A moment later the same employee was behind the counter barking at me about my online order. She was disgusting and extremely rude. We won't be back.
