  August 14: I asked for the wings to be extra crispy. After I ordered 5 minutes later the order said it is ready..that’s odd even for a normal order of crispiness. When I grab my order the wings are super soft and not extra crispy at all. Also the hot honey rub was not correct it looks like they gave me hot honey lemon instead even though I didn’t order that. If it is hot honey rub then they definitely changed their recipe and it’s no good anymore. I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant I always liked Wingstopfor their extra crispy wings but they are not good at all anymore. I also asked the cashier if they could help fix my order but they didn’t do anything and lied saying they just finished the order. They weren’t telling the truth because like I said they completed after 5 quick minutes but it took me 20 minutes to get to the restaurant. I will not be visiting Wingstop at all after this unfortunately due to it not being cooked correctly and the bad customer service. August 18 (update): The Wingstop owner and customer service still has not contacted me regarding this issue from Friday which I also notified them through a formal complaint at their website. They just like to comment under bad review posts saying go to that website so they resolve the issue , but they’re lying about that too. They won’t do anything.

  I had an amazing experience here. The customer service from host: Prechezz is especially great. She’s so nice, you can see how good her leadership is from the ordering counter. We went when it was busy; she handled the cashier so well and still gave great customer service—and keep her co-workers calm. Definitely will come again!!

  Prechezz was the best cashier everrrr. She gave me and my friend FREE brownies and FREE drinks because they were a bit backed up. 10/10 will come again!! I defiantly recommend this store because of its exceptional food and service!!

  Whoever works Saturday night closing shift does not know how to cook wings .. I received raw wings under cooked like they was rushing last order
