  I couldn't find where to say extra crispy for my wings but found it For the fries I thought that my wings and fries would be crispy but that wasn't the case

  Customer service is bad they lied to the Dasher and told them that I had came and picked up my order like I wouldn’t never called if I came and picked up my order but I have it for delivery so make it make sense they need to do their job instead of sitting there and standing around cause I bet that’s what they do cause every time I come around there that’s what they’re doing there’s workers outside just standing there the people in the morning is way better they need to find a better workers Cause no way I should’ve been waiting for two hours to get my order And for it to never come and lie that I came and picked it up to the Dasher

  I'm a doordash delivery driver and the people here have the worst customer service I've ever seen. I just have my rates negatively affected because they handed the food for my customer to a random person claiming to be from doordash. I got a hold of doordash customer support and they were willing to pay Wingstop directly so that I could still honor my customer and bring them their food having to have it remade. Wingstop refused to take payment directly from doordash and so I took a hit. This place is horrible wow geez if you order from here from any sort of delivery service don't expect your food to be protected from thieves!

  The worker there was really rude. I asked her about the 4 piece combo for the tenders and she was rude about it because supposedly they didn’t have it?? but on the app it said they had the 4 piece combo so I don’t know what the issue was. She was just overly rude and did not give me the customer service that was needed. The sauce spilled in the bag and it was everywhere.
