  I’ve been by here four times in the last month during their listed open hours, and the doors have been locked each time.

  Doors locked at 4:00pm on Monday. Online order claimed complete. When I called they said they don't have meatballs and the doors will be unlocked when I comeback for my salad sub. No refund received or even possible to get. Grand avenue Subway is literally 4 blocks away. Take your business where it's accepted.

  If I come to a location and there is someone running the store that is obviously not fluent in the English language in a community that predominantly speaks English and I have to tell them five times the simple item I want I'm walking out!

  Ordered online. Apparently their ordering system “automatically cancels orders” 15 minutes after placing them. So your order will be canceled on your way into the store to pick it up. Nobody at the counter, nobody answering the phone, no way to correct the issue. Left with a $45 pending charge. Also very poor cleanliness/condition of the inside of the store. Do not go to this location.
