  You just gave me a meatball sub with glass in it. I come in here atleast once per week, now I wont . This is shameful.

  I know i went close to closing time but it was just off the airport after a delayed flight. It was 9.52 and the lady locked the door just as i was entering and didn’t event acknowledge me. If this is a franchise, please take note of the employee from tonite.

  Horrible service. Visited only to use a free sandwich reward that I had, only to be told their system wasn’t working for loyalty. The two employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. Almost walked out without buying the sandwich since they wouldn’t honor my reward. Will not return to this location under any circumstances.

  Ernest is the man! I've read the other reviews; CLEARLY the employees at this store (in the past) have been set up to fail and needed training. HOWEVER, one guy - Ernest - is the exception. If the company doesn't invest in him, they are making a huge mistake. The day I visited, he was left to work the entire day - open to close - on his own. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and he worked hard to make up a mistake I had made on my online order. I've only seen employees like him on that Undercover Boss show. I truly hope he lands an episode. As I exited the restaurant, I told the couple walking in that they are in good hands in there, to which they replied, "I know, right? I love this guy (referring to Ernest)!"
