  Food is great, bad customer service from one person in particular. Guy with glasses and a man bun. I simply asked if the woman could make sure that the 6 inch was actually a 6 in. Please take in mind if prices weren't so high it would be no problem. But since they are you got to make sure you get what you pay for. Meanwhile KID (yes it shows) is shaking his head at me for asking a question. I led with hey I don't mean to be a pain, said please, said thank you for checking and he still shaking his head at me! To the kid with the manbun, learn some customer service and if you hate your job quit. You don't necessarily seem like the coachable type, but here's some advice nonetheless. When you put on a subway shirt you represent Subway. Food for thought. PS: the other two ladies that were working there we're great even the one I asked to check the length of the sandwich. That's the funny thing is I wasn't even talking to this guy (Kid), just miserable. Quit.

  While waiting for a door dash pickup I witnessed a person stand on a prep surface with her shoes, while changing a sign. The surface was then used to stage food for my order, no washing and sanitizing. I asked for the manager and they indicated there was none there. I asked if anyone on duty was serv safe certified, they indicated none were. They legally should not be open. I'll be notifying the MDH also. You can still see the foot prints in the photo I took.

  I have never had as many issues anywhere else as I have with this location over the past year. I preferred this location because it’s not too far out of my way home from work. I almost always place an online order but occasionally will go inside to order. I’ve arrived at 9:15 pm several times and they’ll be “closed” even though they supposedly close at 10. The door will be locked but the employees are just standing around on their phones with the lights on and by 9:30 the lights are off and they leave. One day my boyfriend and I placed an order and bought 2 cookies to try. We didn’t notice until we got home, but called and they said we could come by whenever to get them. We swung by a couple days later to pick up those cookies and it was three young kids working. As we were walking out, we heard them mimicking us, laughing, and calling us broke for picking up something we PAID for??. We didn’t go back for at least a month, maybe two, after that. We decided to give that location another chance this past weekend and placed an order before 9 pm. We got a phone call that things were unavailable and asked what kind of sandwich I wanted instead and that they’d throw in a free footlong for the inconvenience. I forgot to check the bag and sure enough when I got home there was no extra sandwich. I don’t go to Subway much anymore because of their prices and rarely receive coupons but it seems like anytime I do there’s an issue. I’ve worked fast food for a couple of years and I’ll admit it wasn’t easy or enjoyable, but if you don’t like your job that much then there are plenty of other places hiring. Unpleasant experiences all around. I understand that these aren’t huge issues but I am tired of having my time, money, and gas wasted.
